Jr. Farmers is a one-of-a-kind program offered at The Children’s Farm. This program is designed for children ages 3-12 (3-8 during summer sessions) and provides a natural environment to explore one’s love for animals and nature. We offer Jr. Farmer sessions seasonally though out the year, with all seasonal sessions embracing the natural wonders occurring right then! Children are able to explore their passion for animals while interacting with chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, goats, cows, sheep and more!

Our Spring Kick Off Session Beings Week of February 28th.  This four week session will focus on welcoming our new baby livestock and helping prepare for the arrival of all the baby chicks and ducks.  Preregistration is required.  $48 for 4 week session.

Saturday 10:00-11:00am or 11:30-12:30pm Beginning March 3rd

Tuesday or Wednesday 10:00-11:00am or 1:30-2:30pm Beginning February 28th or 29th

Ages 6-8

Saturday 2:00-3:00 Beginning March 3rd

Ages 6-12

Tuesday or Wednesday 4:00-5:00 Beginning February 28th or 29th

Ages 9-12

Saturday 3:30-4:30pm Beginning March 3rd

Spring Kickoff Registration Form

Spring Junior Farmers will begin the week of April 10th.  This is a 7 week session that will focus on welcoming all of our new spring babies!  Calves, piglets, baby goats, chicks, ducklings, goslings and more!  $84 for a 7 week session.

Spring Registration Form

Summer Junior Farmers is for children ages 3-8.  Children ages 3-6 meet one hour a day, three days a week for a two week session.  Children ages 6-8 meet for 3 hours a day, three days a week for 2 weeks.  Four sessions are offered beginning June 18th, July 9th, July 23rd, and August 6th.  6-8 year old class is $200 per session and 3-6 year old class is $84 per session.
